My collaboration with Oxford Policy Management (OPM) began in October 2017 on Learning for Action Across Health Systems, the project we implemented for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. With the completion of Learning for Action, my relationship with OPM solidified as we began the implementation of the Technical Support Mechanism, a programme funded by UNAIDS that provides high-quality technical assistance to 55 countries across Sub-Saharan African and South East Asia.
In 2018, I also produced, wrote and directed the promotional video for the Oxford Policy Management Nigerian Results-Based Financing Fellowship (RBF). The fellowship was co-financed, developed and delivered by Oxford Policy Management (OPM), on behalf of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), and in association with the Nigerian State Health Investment Project (NSHIP). In the film, fellows, consultants, healthcare professionals, and patients discuss the benefits of the Fellowship and of results-based financing in general.
